– 300g cooked chickpeas

– 1 teaspoon tahini (sesame paste)

– 1 clove of garlic

– 1 teaspoon cumin

– extra virgin olive oil

– juice of 1 lemon

– salt and pepper

– sweet paprika

Process the chickpeas with the rest of the ingredients in a food processor. If the paste is too thick, add a little water.
